JOLLOFING: A Culinary Exhibition by Chef Rej JOLLOFING is a first-of-its-kind culinary exhibition that reimagines Jollof as art, culture, and storytelling. Hosted at Didi Museum, this immersive experience blends food, visual art, live cooking, sound, and scent to explore the history, process, and cultural weight of one of Africa’s most iconic dishes. From firewood cooking traditions to modern Afro-fusion interpretations, guests are invited to experience Jollof beyond the plate. Expect curated installations, live cooking performances, tasting sessions, a food-fashion art showcase, and an after-hours social lounge; all designed to celebrate flavor as a cultural language.
