Awards Night: October 17, 2025, at Radisson Blu, Ikeja 🔍 What to Expect & Program Features TAF 2025 is structured to be more than just performances. Here are the program elements: Stage productions—plays, theatrical performances from artists across Africa. Street theatre—public performances, perhaps outdoors or in non-traditional spaces. Generation Next Theatre for Secondary Schools—engaging younger performers from secondary schools. Stakeholders Roundtable—discussions involving theatre practitioners, producers, possibly sponsors, and media to talk about challenges, innovation, and growth. Thespian Nite—an evening event celebrating performance, maybe a more formal theatre showcase. 👥 Jury & Awards The TAF Awards will recognize excellence in African theatre productions. Norbert Young, veteran Nollywood actor, has been appointed as Jury Chair. The jury includes people from across Africa and beyond, e.g., Lydia Gifty Hagan (Ghana), Kehny Obafemi (Canada), Mamela J. Aisha J.
