Bios
Amaka, an Igbo woman is married into the Yoruba tribe in an era when the exchange of tradition was almost non-existent. Amaka found love with the king of the land and she accepted a new role and title to be his wife and queen. The laughter she shares with her husband will quickly turn into tears as uncertainties in the tribe crawl up to her.
When family betrayal strikes and the couple find that they have been deceived and lied to, Queen Amaka will stand her ground despite the loss and destruction that follows.
Amaka the queen and wife of King Adedunjoye and the mother of Fola, undertakes family responsibilities placed on her by a tradition different from the ones she knows as an Igbo woman.
The plot of the movie Seven Doors sees Queen Amaka squeezed into a tight corner to choose what title fits her best – Queen. Wife. Or Mother!. There is a price to pay regardless of what she chooses.
